1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the cashback and referral program (the “Program”) offered by GL Factory FZC (the “Company”) through its website gl-factory.ae.
1.2. By registering on the website and/or placing an order, the customer (“User”) confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. The Program is a promotional marketing initiative and does not constitute a financial service, investment product, or payment service.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation is available to registered users of the website.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend participation at its sole discretion.
3. Types of Rewards
3.1. Discount
3.1.1. Discounts are applied based on the order value in accordance with the Company’s approved retail discount matrix.
3.1.2. Discounts apply to the legal entity placing the order.
3.2. Cashback
3.2.1. Cashback is granted to the individual placing the order.
3.2.2. Cashback amount: up to 10% of the order value (as defined by the Company).
3.2.3. Cashback is calculated based on successfully completed and paid orders only.
3.2.4. Cashback balance is displayed in the User’s personal account.
3.2.5. Cashback is not a stored value or electronic money and has no cash equivalent until paid.
3.3. Referral Bonus
3.3.1. Users may invite new customers via a unique referral link.
3.3.2. The referrer receives 2% of the referred customer’s successfully completed and paid orders only.
3.3.3. The Program does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
4. Payments
4.1. Cashback and bonuses are paid via bank card transfer provided by the User.
4.2. Payments are made by the 15th day of the month following the reporting month.
4.3. Payments are subject to:
- successful order completion;
- absence of outstanding debts;
- valid payment details.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to delay or suspend payments for verification purposes.
5. Returns and Adjustments
5.1. Cashback is only applicable to non-returned goods.
5.2. In case of returns:
- cashback will be recalculated or cancelled;
- previously paid cashback may be deducted or reclaimed.
5.3. The Company may offset any overpaid amounts against future payments.
6. Anti-Fraud Policy
6.1. Any abuse of the Program is strictly prohibited, including:
- fake or artificial transactions;
- duplicate accounts;
- manipulation of referral system.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to:
- cancel rewards;
- suspend accounts;
- withhold payments without prior notice.
7. Tax and VAT
7.1. Cashback is treated as a promotional rebate and may affect VAT calculations in accordance with UAE law.
7.2. Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to received payments.
7.3. The Company may withhold taxes where required by applicable law.
8. Data Protection
8.1. By participating, Users consent to the processing of their personal data, including payment details.
8.2. The Company processes data in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
8.3. The Company implements reasonable measures to protect personal data but shall not be liable for third-party breaches beyond its control.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for:
- technical errors or system failures;
- delays in payments due to banking systems;
- incorrect data provided by Users.
10. Amendments and Termination
10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
10.2. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. The Company’s decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
12.2. Participation in the Program implies full acceptance of these Terms.
12.3. The Program shall be valid until 1 April 2027. The Company reserves the right to extend the duration of the Program at its sole discretion
